Sheep Song Committee sings

Bright summer nights are central to The Sheep Song Committee's lunch concert. Bawdy renaissance madrigals appropriately describe the union of young lovers under the sunlit evening sky. The cry of solemn prayer echoes the intimate awe experienced in the stillness of the night. Also, there's one song that's kind of like an advice poem. The programme concludes with songs praising the night, the spirit it invokes in the heart of the poet and the reconciling that sleep begets.
