The composer Matilde Böcher is a graduate in composition from Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium in Copenhagen and in fine arts from Kunsthögskolan in Malmö – Lund Universitet. She is a sound artist and works with music in connection with installation, performance, opera, theatre and video. Several of her works have both been nominated and awarded special prizes for renewing the music drama genre: For example: LOL – Laughing Out Lonely (2023), Messiah (2019) and Overload (2025).
